1. Raw Material Pre-treatment Process

High-purity imported copper strip and environmentally friendly aluminum strip are carefully selected as raw materials. Using a fully automated precision slitting machine, standard strips are precisely cut according to different zipper specifications such as #3, #5, #8, and #10. Strict control over strip thickness and flatness prevents underlying quality issues such as misaligned teeth, breakage, and jamming during zipper operation. All raw materials comply with European and American REACH and RoHS environmental testing standards, meeting export environmental requirements.

2. Teeth Stamping and Sewing Process

A high-speed fully automated teeth forming machine completes the bending, stamping, and interlocking of the metal strip in one pass, achieving a forming accuracy of 0.01mm. Subsequently, automated sewing equipment evenly and firmly sewn the formed metal teeth onto the high-strength polyester fabric strip. The tooth spacing is uniform and symmetrical, and the interlocking tightness is consistent, preventing tooth breakage, tooth loss, and misalignment during use, making it suitable for high-frequency, repeated zipper operation.

3. Multi-stage Surface Polishing Process

The process consists of three automated polishing stages: rough polishing, fine polishing, and mirror polishing. This removes burrs, sharp edges, and processing scratches from the metal teeth, resulting in a smooth and rounded surface that prevents scratches on fabrics and hands, while also enhancing the overall gloss of the metal zipper. Three polishing finishes are available: matte, glossy, and high-gloss mirror finish, allowing for customized surface textures to meet the needs of overseas clients.

4. Environmentally Friendly Electroplating and Anti-corrosion/Rust Treatment

Our factory is equipped with a fully automated vacuum electroplating production line, supporting a full range of electroplating processes including nickel, copper, gold, gunmetal, bronze, and multi-color plating. Unlike ordinary water plating, vacuum electroplating offers stronger adhesion, is less prone to fading, and provides superior abrasion resistance. A professional closed-loop anti-rust treatment process further enhances the zipper's resistance to moisture, oxidation, and salt spray, making it suitable for long-distance sea transport and humid overseas climates, preventing zippers from rusting and turning black during ocean shipping.

5. Finished Product Ironing and Shaping Process

 High-temperature fully automatic ironing equipment shapes the zipper tape, correcting wrinkles and skewing issues that occurred during weaving and processing. This ensures the zipper is straight and flat, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing appearance when sewn onto garments and bags, meeting the requirements of high-end export goods.

6. Precision Cutting and Top/Bottom Stop Injection Molding Process

Fully automatic computer-controlled precision cutting equipment accurately cuts zippers to any length, with an error controlled within ±0.2cm. Automated machine injection molding of the top and bottom stops replaces manual assembly, ensuring a firm fit and preventing detachment or cracking. This guarantees stable zipper operation and accommodates any customer's custom size requirements.

7. Automated Zipper Head Assembly and Adjustment Process

Equipped with a fully automatic zipper head assembly machine, this process automatically completes zipper head tooth insertion, smoothness adjustment, and self-locking function testing. It can accommodate various styles of zipper heads, including standard zipper heads, self-locking zipper heads, pin-lock zipper heads, and custom logo zipper heads. Before leaving the factory, the pull feel is uniformly adjusted to ensure smooth opening and closing of the zipper without jamming, skipping teeth, or fabric entrapment, with a consistent feel.

8. Multi-layered, full-process quality inspection procedures (core quality control for foreign trade)
Three manual and machine-based dual quality inspection checkpoints are established: First, visual inspection (teeth, electroplating color, fabric defects); second, mechanical testing (tensile strength test, repeated opening and closing fatigue test, upper and lower stop strength test); third, salt spray test (simulating sea transport environment to test rust resistance). Defective products are immediately reworked and intercepted, ensuring a finished product qualification rate of >99.5%, easily passing third-party inspections by overseas customers.

9. Dust-free standardized packaging process
Moisture-proof bags are used for packaging according to foreign trade export standards, followed by cardboard box packing with built-in desiccant. The outer packaging can be printed with customer markings, logos, and packing information. Neutral packaging and customized packaging are supported, adaptable to various shipping methods including full container load (FCL) sea freight, less than container load (LCL) sea freight, and air freight.
